John "Jack" Bash

Mr. Bash has been associated with WEB Aeronautical, Inc. since Feb 1997. He has held a FAA Certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate since 1957, FAA Inspection Authorization since 1970 and has been a FAA DAR since 1983. Mr. Bash has held a single and multi engine pilots license since 1960.

Mr. Bash has a long career in the aviation industry as an aircraft Inspector, Chief Inspector, Director of Maintenance and Aviation Maintenance Consultant. Mr. Bash has led to many interesting assignments in determining aircraft airworthiness and aircraft maintenance facility development.

Mr. Bash has been instrumental in setting up numerous Domestic FAR145 Repair Stations and Foreign FAR-145 Repair Stations in India and Malaysia.  Mr. Bash has assisted many FAR-145 Repair Stations in obtaining JAR-145 Supplemental Repair Station Certificates and has been instrumental in setting up full JAR-145 Repair Stations. In addition, Mr. Bash has been an advisor to the ICAO Aviation Assessment Category 2 to Category 1 program.

Mr. Bash is long standing member of the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA), is a member of National Business Aircraft Association (NBAA) and Aircraft Suppliers Association (ASA).

Mr. Bash’s FAA DAR privileges allow him to issue certificates of airworthiness, special flight permits, Class I export certificates of airworthiness and Class II airworthiness certificates.
